§ 1150.46. Motions.

(a)Motions and petitions shall state the relief sought, the authority relied upon, and the facts alleged.
(b)If made before or after the hearing, these matters shall be in writing. If made at the hearing, they may be stated orally or the judge may require that they be reduced to writing and filed and served on all parties.
(c)Except as otherwise ordered by judge, responses to a written motion or petition shall be filed within ten
(10)days after the motion or petition is served. An immediate oral response may be made to an oral motion. All oral arguments on motions will be at the discretion of the judge.
(d)A reply to a response may be filed within within five
(5)days after the response is served. The reply shall address only the contents of the response.
